The Team

Robert Jenny Creative Director

For Robert, it all started with the evolution of cutting edge design. In fact, that’s why Robert moved to New York City in 1996, where he found a receptive audience for his extraordinary work. Starting with a blank slate, he transformed ordinary, undistinguished industrial spaces into personalized, captivating homes.

He defines home through the eyes of his clients. With each project, Robert provides individuals with artistic designs and one-of-a-kind features that are reflective of each person’s distinctive style and true personality.

One of his key characteristics is versatility, which has flourished through time and experience. For example, Robert recently expanded his work portfolio to include state-of-the-art salons, lounges, and offices.

A fun-fact about Robert is that, in 2006, The Food Network acknowledged his aesthetic success by requesting to film him in the process of creating and opening a restaurant. Within two months, the restaurant was built from the ground-up for the show, Opening Soon.  Maremma, featuring Southwestern Italian cuisine. The restaurant showcases Robert’s original designs. In addition to Maremma, Robert has designed spaces for numerous celebrities and has had his work featured on the hit show, MTV Cribs.

Tina Konstas Design Manager

Tina joined the team in the summer of 2015.  She comes from a distinct background of high-residential and restaurant design, her work can be seen throughout north New Jersey and New York City.

Her biggest inspiration is the client, she loves to find out what makes them feel comfortable, how they like to envision themselves living and then elevate the quality of that design beyond their expectations.

Her love of design radiates through all aspects of her life and does her best to pass it on through her work as an Adjunct Design Professor at Kean University.

Greg Cancro Design & Project Manager

It all started with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture—and a whole lot of tin cans. After graduation, Greg became a designer for NK Architects, where he apprenticed for three years with licensed architects. While honing his skills in institutional design, Greg participated annually for CANstruction, a charitable design competition inviting architects and engineers nationwide to build large-scaled sculptures, crafted completely from unopened cans.

Greg is inspired by Wayne Gretzky. The athlete’s profound impact on Greg’s work ethic is best summed up in Gretzky’s words: “I skate to where the puck is going to be, not where it has been.” This quote often resonated throughout Greg’s scholastic and professional career as a reminder to stay ahead of the game and to find his own groove. As a designer, the quote challenges Greg to look beyond the space to identify the sound approach, unique style, and pragmatic concept that define each client.

He’s passionate about pushing the limits of interior design to create intelligent and timeless spaces. Far too often, people succumb to lazy and convenient building. Greg believes it’s his responsibility as a designer to carefully craft the movement of art through space. You’ll never find “cookie-cutter” in his vocabulary—unless, of course, pastries are involved.

When Greg is not working, you’ll find him spending time with family, friends, and enjoying the only sport that matters: Hockey.

Natalie Zepeda Interior Designer

With a diversified foundation in design having worked in New York City, Natalie joined the RJD team during the fall of 2015. Her passion for design is deeply rooted in her upbringing, which naturally paved the way for her career into interior design.

Natalie finds inspiration most often in the small things- she believes that it is within the details one finds what truly makes a design special. Discovering these details with a client through the design process, she feels, is one of the most exciting aspects of a project.

Through innovation and discovery, her passion for design is continuously revitalized.

When Natalie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her pups Reno and Lucy.

Jennifer Wilson Account Manager

Jackie Branda Human Resources/Administrative Assistant

I have used RJD for multiple home projects. They are the best to work with, they really know how to work well with clients and their desires, while providing helpful, intuitive influence to reach a common goal. Each project complete in my homes came out amazing.

We now enjoy a beautiful and convenient new living space. We owe Robert Jenny and his people a great deal, including new friendships. Hurricane Sandy wasn't all bad.
